Affiliate FAQ |
General questionsIs i-affiliate a Belgian enterprise?i-affiliate is a Belgian affiliate marketing network and focuses primarily on Belgium and the Netherlands. But we are also active throughout the European Union and the United States. RegistrationDo I have to agree to an exclusive relationship with you? Many webmasters wonder if they agree to a form of exclusivity with i-affiliate when they register. But that's not the case at all. In concrete terms : you remain totally free to also work with other companies and to place other advertisements next to those of i-affiliate. Am I required to use your ads?You are at no time under any obligation to use an ad. We send you an e-mail whenever there is a new campaign underway, and you decide for yourself if it is suitable or not. If you want to want to participate in the campaign you just log in to the i-affiliate platform, where you have access to your personal codes. If you feel the campaign isn’t appropriate, you simply skip the campaign. What are my obligations?Registration is free, and once you’ve registered, you don’t actually have to do anything if you don’t want to. By registering you get access to the campaigns that are available on our network. You can also, if you wish, cancel your account at any time. PaymentHow much will I earn? Many website owners, understandably, want to know how much they will earn. Unfortunately, there are too many factors that play a role to be able to give an exact figure. The amount will be different for every website. What you earn depends above all on your visitors: both the number of visitors as well as your visitor profile are crucial factors. Furthermore, the more and the better you promote your campaigns, the more you will earn. When do I receive payment? You will receive an automatic payment 45 days after the end of the month in which the earnings were accrued. In concrete terms : the income from the month of January is paid around the 15th of March. Amounts of less than 50 euros aren’t paid, and are automatically transferred to the following month, until the total amount of the commissions earned exceeds 50 euros. Can I receive my payments via Paypal or to a foreign bank account? You can receive your payments via Paypal or a bank account. Paypal does levy a transaction charge for its services, which is deducted from the amount you are owed. Bank transfers are free within all member states of the European Union. CampaignsWhich campaigns do you have available? We have a wide variety of campaigns to choose from. i-affiliate is primarily a Dutch language network (originally Flemish), so if you are looking for an affiliate program for Belgium and the Netherlands, you will certainly find campaigns with us that will suit your needs. In addition, you will come across campaigns for various EU countries in Southern and Western Europe. Out network focuses above all on CPA campaigns (leads) but also offers various CPC and CPS campaigns. CPM campaigns are offered sporadically and most of the time on exclusive request by the advertiser. What does EPC mean?EPC stands for Earning per Click, an indicator of what you earn on average for every person who clicks on a link or banner, even if it isn’t related to a click campaign. By means of example: suppose you are promoting a lead campaign that earns you 1 euro per person who registers. If 10 people click on the link and 1 person registers, then you’ve earned 1 euro. The EPC is now 0.10 euro : for those 10 clicks you’ve earned 1 euro, or 10 cents per click (1 euro earned / 10 visitors). If 2 people out of 10 had registered, the EPC would have been 0.20 (2 euros / 10 visitors). The EPC is simply a helpful indicator to quickly see how much a campaign may earn for you. This means the amount you actually make per click can be different from the EPC, which is an average over the entire network. TechnicalWhat is the creative or deployment ID? |
